摘要
针对大型水闸闸墩混凝土施工期温度控制与防裂比较困难的问题,同时考虑夏季高温施工的不利情况,以河口村水库溢洪道闸墩为例,基于温度场和应力场的三维有限元分析方法,通过研究入仓温度、通水冷却、后浇带等因素对闸墩开裂的影响,提出了控制入仓温度、通水冷却与设置后浇带相结合的温控防裂措施。结果表明,本文提出的温控措施效果较好。
In light of the difficulty in temperature control and crack prevention for large concrete sluice piers as well as considering adverse conditions of construction in summer, taking spillway pier concrete of Hekoucun reservoir for an instance, based on three dimensional finite element analysis of temperature field and stress field, this paper studies the influence of placement temperature, cooling water pipe, post poured strip on the cracking of concrete. And then practical temperature control measures are put forward by combination of controlling placement temperature, cooling water pipe and setting post poured strip. Calculation result shows that the proposed temperature control measure has good effect.
