摘要
针对目前建立水闸安全评价指标体系时存在的随意性,为水闸安全评价指标选取工作提供理论基础,提出一种基于离差最大化法的分配系数计算方法,将绝对灰色关联度和相对灰色关联度有机结合起来,形成了基于改进广义灰色关联度法的筛选指标机制。将该法应用于水闸安全评价的指标筛选中,得到了较为合理的水闸安全评价指标体系。
Aiming at the arbitrariness of establishment of sluice safety assessment index system, in order to provide a theoretical basis for index system selection of sluice safety assessment, a method of distribution coefficient calculation based on maximizing deviations principle is proposed. And then a screening mechanism of index based on the improved generalized grey correlation analysis is formed by combining absolute grey correlation degree with relative grey correlation degree. Finally, it is applied to sluice safety assessment. A reasonable index system of sluice safety assessment is obtained.
