摘要
为了解城市的供水保证程度,基于可拓学理论,结合城市供水保证体系的特点,构建评价城市供水保证程度的物元系统,将研究对象和分析指标及其量值结合为一体,综合考虑了多重指标的影响,以实现对城市供水保证程度的综合评价。以柳州市为例评价了城市供水保证程度,其供水保证程度一般,所得结果与实际情况相符,验证了该方法的合理性。
In order to know the water supply guarantee of a city, we consider the characteristics of urban water supply guarantee system and establish the multi index hierarchical system of city water supply guarantee degree based on the theory of extenics. And then, considering the influence of multiple indexes, comprehensive evaluation of urban water supply guarantee degree is implemented by combining with research object and analysis indicators and its magnitude. Taking Liuzhou City for an example, water supply guarantee degree is medium. The result accords with the actual situation, which verifies the rationality of the method.
