摘要
利用流体计算软件ANSYS-CFX,采用基于三维不可压缩流体的N-S方程和标准κ-ε湍流模型对带有单圆弧空间导叶的斜流泵进行了数值模拟,通过分析其整体静压分布、速度分布及三个典型工况下叶轮叶片的静压分布、吸力面的速度分布、导叶片压力及速度分布等,揭示了其内部流场的主要特征,预测了泵的水力性能。对比了模拟结果与试验结果,验证了数值模拟的可靠性,说明带单圆弧空间导叶的斜流泵在一定流量范围内能满足工程实际的需要,且在加工制造方面优于扭曲的空间导叶。
Adopting N S equations based on three dimensional incompressible fluid and standard κ ε turbulence model, a oblique flow pump with the single arc space guide vane was simulated by using fluid computational software ANSYS CFX. The analysis of the whole static pressure and velocity distribution, the pressure distribution and velocity distribution of impeller blades in three typical working conditions and velocity and pressure distribution of guide vane reveals the main features of its internal flow field, and predicts the hydraulic performance of pump. It verifies the reliability of numerical simulation by comparing with the test results, which demonstrates that the oblique flow pump with single arc space guide vane can meet the needs of engineering practice in a certain flow range as well as the single arc space guide vane is superior to the traditional space guide vane in processing and manufacturing.
