摘要
针对洋流发电涡轮机转子叶型设计,通过理论推导将轴流叶轮机的设计方法应用到转子设计中,分析了前缘半径不变时不同弦向负荷分布的二维叶型的攻角特性,以及叶尖展向和弦向的负荷分布对流动及性能的影响。结果表明,叶尖部分应适当减小负荷,采用后加载叶型更为合理,叶片的其他部分采用前加载叶型较好。应用CFD方法模拟不同工况下涡轮特性,并与试验结果进行对比分析,从而验证了该设计方法的有效性。
For the profile design of ocean current power generation turbine rotor, the axial flow turbine design method was applied. As the leading edge radius fixed, the characteristics of angle of attack about different chordwise two dimensional blade load distribution was investigated, as well as the blade spanwise and chordwise load distribution influence on the flow and performance. The result shows that the load of tip part should be appropriately reduced, the tip part adopts the aft loading profile is more reasonable, while the other part using fore loading profile. The turbine characteristics in different conditions is simulated by CFD method, and the results are compared with the experiment, which verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.
