摘要 鉴于电力设备检修策略与设备运行风险的相关性,采用风险理论,综合考虑设备故障率及设备退出运行对系统经济性、安全性的影响,通过设备实时状态信息推算设备故障率,以设备自身资产和资产损失度衡量经济性,由线路过载、变压器过载、电压越限、失负荷等多项指标反应系统安全性;对设备运行风险评估结果,采用ALARP原则进行风险等级划分,依据设备运行风险等级制定检修策略。实例应用表明该策略有效可行。 In consideration of correlation between maintenance strategy and operation risk of power equipment, the impact of fault rate and out of operation on economic efficiency and security of the system is analyzed. And the risk theory is applied to calculate the equipment fault rate through real time status information of equipment. Then it measures the economic efficiency of equipment through the asset of equipment itself and its loss degree. At the same time, system security is evaluated with the indicators, such as line overload, transformer overload, out of voltage limit and loss of load. Finally, the principle of ALARP is used to classify the risk grade based on the assessment result of equipment operation risk, and the maintenance strategy can be made according to risk grade of equipment operation. The effectiveness and availability of the strategy is proved by example application.
