摘要
通过探索刑事诉讼法专业理论教学与实践紧密结合的教学实验课程体系,为解决高校法学专业面临的理论教学与实践(实验)相脱离的困境,提出了一种较为动态、全面的新模式。
Through the exploration of the experimental teaching course system in the combination of criminal procedure law professional theory with the practice, the paperaims to solve the problem of the theory separated from the practice in the teaching of the law major, and puts forward a new kind of more dynamic and comprehensive model.
