醋酸铬交联剂的合成评价及其成胶机理研究 被引量:8

摘要 室内合成了醋酸铬交联剂,对合成条件进行了优化,并评价了交联剂的性能。较佳合成条件为:反应时间10h,反应温度80℃,醋酸与重铬酸钾的摩尔比大于等于24∶1。研究表明:交联剂能使聚合物溶液黏度和黏弹性明显增加;当矿化度及离子含量发生变化时,交联机理发生变化,通过对分子线团尺寸的研究发现,常温下1h后分子线团尺寸会略有下降,推测交联机理是先发生分子内交联,然后进行分子间交联。这对室内研究及现场应用均有良好的理论价值和实际意义。 Chromium acetate cross-linker was synthesized indoors.The synthesis conditions were optimized and the performance of cross-linking agent was evaluated.The optimum conditions were got as follows:reaction time was 10 h,reaction temperature was 80 ℃,the molar ratio of acetic acid and potassium dichromate was above or equal to 24 ∶ 1.Performance evaluation of viscosity and viscoelasticity showed that adding cross-linking agent could significantly increase the viscosity and viscoelasticity of the polymer solution.Studies demonstrated that the cross-linking mechanism changed with the changing of the content of salinity and ion.Molecule coil size was studied and found that it would slightly decline after 1 h at room temperature,suggesting that cross-linking mechanism was out of intra-molecular cross-linking reaction occurred first and inter-molecular cross-linking reaction happened next.It has good theoretical value and practical significance for laboratory research and field application.
