温州在加快推进社会资本办医综合改革中,就社会资本办医的政策扶持、主体属性、税费用地、投资回报、人员流动等方面进行突破和创新,取得了一定的成效,为全国社会资本办医发展提供有益探索。
In accelerating the comprehensive reform of social capital in hospitals, it will have a series of breakthroughs and innovations on policies support, subject attribute, land taxes, investment return, and staff turnover. And it has already achieved some success, and will provide a useful exploration on development of social capital in hospitals.
