硒对马铃薯试管苗生长和GSH-PX活性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以MS为基本培养基,以鄂马铃薯5号脱毒试管苗为试验材料,研究不同浓度亚硒酸钠(Na2SeO3)溶液对马铃薯试管苗生长和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性的影响.结果表明:Na2SeO3质量体积分数为5 mg/L时,马铃薯试管苗的长势较好,GSH-PX活性相对较高,Na2SeO3质量体积分数高于5 mg/L时,对GSH-PX活性及组培苗的生长有不同程度的抑制作用,到40 mg/L时生长完全受到抑制,基本停止生长,表明只有适当的硒浓度才能增强GSH-PX活性,促进生长. Using MS as the basic medium and virus-free plantlets of E-malingshu 5 as the experimental materials,we research the effect of different Na 2 SeO3 concentration on the growth of potato plantlets in vitro and the influence of glutathione peroxidase activity .The results showed that when Na 2 SeO3 concen-tration was 5mg/L plantlets grew well and GSH-PX activity is relatively high,when the Na2SeO3concen-tration is higher than 5 mg/L,had inhibition effect in different degree on the growth of the plantlets and the activity of GSH-PX,the growth was completely inhibited when concentrations reached 40 mg/L,and the plantlets basically stopped growing ,which showed that only the appropriate concentration can enhance the GSH-PX activity and promote growing .
