24%己唑·嘧菌酯悬浮剂的高效液相色谱分析

Analysis of Hexaconazole+Azoxystrobin 24% SC by HPLC

采用反相高效液相色谱法对24%己唑·嘧菌酯悬浮剂中嘧菌酯和己唑醇进行定量测定。结果表明:嘧菌酯和己唑醇的变异系数分别为0.49%和0.37%,标准偏差分别为0.04和0.06,平均回收率分别为99.92%和99.85%,线性相关系数分别为0.9990和0.9991。

The quantitative analysis of hexaconazole＋azoxystrobin 24%SC by reversed phase HPLC was introduced. The results showed that the variation coefficients of azoxystrobin and hexaconazole were 0.49%and 0.37%, the standard deviations were 0.04 and 0.06, the average recoveries were 99.92%and 99.85%, the linear correlation coefficients were 0.999 0 and 0.999 1, respectively.
