摘要
采用33只健康雄性S.D.大鼠,分1月龄、6月龄和27月龄3个年龄组。用荧光分光光度计法分别测定了大鼠皮层、海马、下丘脑以及小脑4个脑区的多巴胺(DA)和去甲肾上腺素(NE)的含量。结果表明:4个脑区的DA,NE含量在6月龄均明显高于1月龄(P<0.01);而27月龄与6月龄相比,4个脑区中DA含量均明显下降(P<0.01),NE含量的变化在皮层与小脑也表现为明显下降(P<0.01),而在海马则为上升(P<0.01)下丘脑的变化无明显差异。
The content of noradrenaline (NE) and dopamine (DA) of cortex, hippocampus, hy-pothalamus and cerebellum in 1, 6, and 27-month-old male S. D. rats were detected by fluoo-metric method. The results showed that the content of NE and DA of the four brain areas in 6-month-old rats were significantly higher than that of the 1-month-old rats (P<0. 01). Com-paraed with 6-month-old rats, the DA levels of the four brain areas in 27-month-old rats were significantly decreased (P<0. 01); and the NE levels showed the same changes in cortex and cerebellum (P<0. 01); but increased in hippocampus (P<0. 01) and showed no significant changes in hypothalamus.
