摘要
塔里木山前构造盐膏层及其以下层段大量使用高密度油基钻井液,给后续固井工作带来巨大挑战。为解决塔里木山前构造高密度油基钻井液固井技术难题,在分析相关固井难点的基础上,结合盐膏层固井和深井超深井固井技术,开展了冲洗型加重隔离液和水泥浆的优选、管串结构设计和固井工艺优化研究,提出了相关应对技术措施。通过引入粒径小、粒度分布集中的球形加重材料MicroMAX(主要成分为Mn3O4)和优选表面活性剂,得到了一套冲洗型加重隔离液;通过优选外加剂和引入超高密度加重剂GM,得到了一套综合性能良好的高密度水泥浆。KS2-5井的现场应用表明,该套技术能较好地满足山前地区油基钻井液固井需求。
Cementing the hole section drilled with high density oil base drilling fluid in the piedmont structure and deeper formations in Tarim Basin is always a challenge.Studies are conducted on the properties of a flushing heavy space and cementing slurries,and the design of casing string and cementing technology.Using a spherical weighting material,MicroMAX and an optimized surfactant,a flushing weighted space was obtained.A cementing slurry with superior overall performsnee was developed through optimization of additives and using ultra-high density additive,GM.Field application on Well K.S2-5 showed that this technology can be sued in cementing the wells drilled with oil base drilling fluid in the piedmont structure in Tarim Basin.
