摘要
在对比评价多种国产微珠产品后,开发出了一种新型的可用作水泥浆减轻剂的产品。根据紧密堆积原理,以其为主要减轻材料,通过引入具有高化学活性的增强剂BT-1及强吸附能力的填充材料G12S,配制出了密度为1.2~1.5 g/cm3的低密度水泥浆,并评价了其基本性能。考虑到空心微珠高压易碎的特性,在混灰过程易造成密度的微量变化以及实际作业过程温度的不精确性,考察了压力对水泥浆稠化性能的影响、密度变化对性能的影响和水泥浆的温度敏感性;同时对水泥石形成之后的高温强度衰退性能进行了考察。实验结果表明,低密度水泥浆具有良好的基本性能,且性能随压力、密度、温度变化不敏感,具有良好的可操作性,抗高温稳定性好。
A high activity strength enhancer,BT-1,and packing material,G12S were developed using domestically produced artificial micro beads as light weight agent.Using BT-1 and G12S,a low density cement slurry(1.2-1.5 g/cm^3) was designed based on the close packing theory.The effect of pressure on the thickening characteristics of cement slurry,and that of change in density on the performance of cement slurry as well as the temperature sensitivity of cement slurry are investigated because of the fragility of hollow micro beads,slight changes in density during cement slurry mixing and the inaccuracy in the measurement of temperature during actual operation.Also investigated is the deterioration of set cement under elevated temperature.Experimental results show that low density cement slurry has good basic properties which are insensitive to changes in pressure,density and temperature,and is thus easy to use in filed application.
