4-二甲氨基吡啶(DMAP)是一种新型的高效催化剂,主要用于酰化、酯交换等类型的有机合成反应.列举了DMAP在药物合成中的应用,并初步探讨了其催化机理.
4-dimethyI amino pyridine is a new type of highly active catalyst, which is mainly used in acylation and esterification reaction. Some examples of DMAP are used in the pharmaceutical synthesis and a preliminary study has been done on the catalytic mechanism.
