高职高专制造类专业应用型人才“菜单式”培养模式的研究

On “Menu-typed” Training Mode of Application-oriented Talents of Manufacturing Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着我国工业化规模和水平的不断提高,制造类专业人才成为我国目前最紧缺的人才之一.但制造类专业人才的培养却不甚理想,远远不能满足企业对人才的需求.以沧州师范学院机电工程系为例,经过不断探索,提出了面向企业、面向社会的"菜单式"人才培养模式.该模式推进了专业建设和教学改革,提高了学生职业素质,密切了校企合作,促进了学生就业.

With the expansion and improvement of China＇s industrialization, manufacturing professionals have become one of the greatest demand. However, the training of manufacturing professionals is far from meeting the demand. Taking Mechanical ＆ Electrical Department of Cangzhou Normal University as an Example, this paper introduces a menutyped teaching mode to meet the requirements of business and society, which has promoted the development of the discipline and teaching reform, improved the professional quality of students, enhanced school-enterprise cooperation, and finally increased students＇ employment opportunities.
