摘要
"委托实训,合作育人"是高职院校校企合作的一种新形式。这种合作既解决了企业员工培训的急需问题,又解决了学院技能培养的短板,在合作中还进一步提高了专业的办学特色和师资水平。证明了这一模式是高职院校与企业合作的一条有效途径。
Entrustm ent training and cooperative education is a new situation of school-enterprise cooperation. This collaboration not only solves the problem s of the enterprise staff training, but solves the w eakness. In the cooperation it further im proves the professional characteristics and teaching level. It proves this m ode is an effective w ay in higher vocational colleges and enterprises cooperation.
