摘要 高职院校的管理类专业的语言艺术类课程,应该根据高职生口语交流能力的实际和高职人才培养规格进行课程定位和设计。课程可以定位为口语交流能力训练。总体思路,一是以技能训练为主、理论讲授为辅;二是以学生活动为主、教师组织为辅;三是在内容安排上以应该掌握的技能为主,以根据学生实际灵活调整为辅。主体内容应为口语交流基础能力训练、专门能力训练和专业能力训练。主要训练方式为案例观摩与分析、学生演练与分析及重点专题综合训练等。考核由"平时考查+自选口语交流考查+规定口语交流考查"构成。 Language arts course of m anagem ent m ajor in higher vocational colleges should position and design the course according to the reality of students oral com m unication ability and talents cultivation specifications. C ourses can be positioned as oral com m unication skills training. First skills training as the m ain part, w hile theoretical lectures as supplem entary; second student activities as the m ain part, w hile teachers' organization as supplem entary; as for the arrangem ent of contents, skills to be m astered as the m ain part, w ith flexible adjustm ent according to specific students situations as supplem entary. The m ain content should be oral com m unication basic ability training, specialized training and professional ability training. The m ain training m ethods are case observation and analysis, students' practice and analysis and com prehensive training of key points, etc. The assessm ent is constituted by daily assessm ent plus optional oral com m unication assessm ent plus specified oral com m unication assessm ent.
