高职教材管理工作存在的问题分析及对策

高职教材管理是高职教学管理的重要组成部分,不断改善和创新教材管理有利于促进高职院校教学管理的水平和质量。现行教材管理有一定滞后性,存在科学管理不足、教材选用不当、编写质量不高、自编讲义良莠不齐等问题。因此,要在现代化的教材管理理念指导下,加强教材管理的制度建设、教材管理信息化建设、教材选用管理,构建教材评价体系,建立完整的教材档案库,并能在教材建设中体现高职特色,以促进高职教材管理的规范化、科学化。

H igher vocational teaching m aterials m anagem ent is an im portant part of higher vocational teaching m anagem ent, continuous im provem ent and innovation of teaching m aterials m anagem ent is beneficial to prom ote higher vocational college teaching m anagem ent level and quality. Present teaching m aterials m anagem ent has such problem s as lack of scientific m anagem ent, im proper teaching m aterial selection, low w riting quality, good and bad self-com posed handouts interm ingling. Therefore, it should strengthen the system construction of teaching m aterials m anagem ent, the inform ation construction of teaching m aterials m anagem ent, the teaching m aterials selection m anagem ent ,the construction of teaching evaluation system w ith the guidance of m odern teaching m aterials m anagem ent concept, build com plete teaching archives, and em body the characteristics in the construction of teaching m aterials, in order to prom ote the standardization and scientificness of the higher vocational teaching m aterials m anagem ent.
