The Research of Higher Vocational Off-campus Internship Based on the Stakeholder Theory

校外顶岗实习是高职院校培养高技能型人才的重要实践教学环节,是学生实际操作能力和问题解决能力形成的关键阶段。运用利益相关者理论,在分析校外顶岗实习中的各利益相关者的结构关系和校外顶岗实习的难点基础上,提出了高职院校校外顶岗实习的共赢策略。

O ff-cam pus internship is the im portant teaching link for higher vocational colleges to train high skilled talents, and the key stage for students to form practical operation ability and problem solving ability. U sing the stakeholder theory, on the basis of the analysis of the structure relation of various stakeholders and the difficulties of off-cam pus internship, the paper puts forw ard the w in-w in strategy of external internship in higher vocational colleges.
