摘要
中小企业作为我国社会经济领域中的重要部分,在解决就业压力及推动社会经济的不断发展中发挥了重要作用。随着我国社会经济的发展,人力资源管理的重要性及问题日渐严重。本文从中小企业人力资源问题的相关背景出发,分析了人力资源管理的现状及完善策略。
