构建和谐公寓是构建和谐校园的重要组成部分,也是建设社会主义和谐社会在高职院校的具体实践。高校应该树立"以学生为本"的服务理念,进一步制订和完善学生公寓的规章制度,营造和谐的公寓文化,培养高素质的管理团队,促进校园及社会的和谐发展。

Harmonious dormitory construction is an important part of harmonious campus construction in higher vocational colleges,as well as a kind of practice of socialist harmonious society.In order to promote the harmonious development of colleges and society,this paper holds the opinion that the colleges should create a harmonious dormi-tory atmosphere and train up a highly qualified administrative team by adopting a“student-oriented”ideology in the course of setting up and improving certain dormitory regulations.
