改进棉籽油生物柴油低温流动性的研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用气-质联用仪、冷滤点测试仪和运动黏度测试仪对棉籽油生物柴油(CSME)的组分和低温流动性能进行研究,考察了CSME与-10号柴油(-10PD)调合和添加柴油防冻剂两种方法对改进CSME低温流动性能的作用。实验结果表明,CSME主要组分为饱和脂肪酸甲酯和不饱和脂肪酸甲酯,其含量分别为27.69%(w)和71.65%(w);CSME的冷滤点为-1℃、运动黏度(40℃)为4.63 mm2/s;CSME与-10PD调合,当CSME加入量为40%(φ)时CSME/-10PD调合油的冷滤点最低,达到-12℃;柴油防冻剂添加量不超过3%(φ)时,CSME加入量(φ)为5%,7%,10%,50%的CSME/-10PD调合油及CSME的冷滤点分别从-8,-8,-9,-11,-1℃降至-27,-28,-26,-16,-5℃。 The cold flow property of cottonseed oil methyl ester(CSME) was studied by means of GC-MS,cold filer plugging point tester and viscosity tester.The cold flow property of CSME was improved through blending it with-10 diesel(-10PD) and adding diesel antifreezer(Flow Fit).It was showed that CSME was mainly composed of fatty acid methyl esters,and the contents of saturated and unsaturated fatty acid methyl esters in CSME were 27.69%(w) and 71.65%(w),respectively.The cold filter plugging point(CFPP) of CSME is-1 ℃,and its kinematic viscosity at 40 ℃ is 4.63 mm2/s.The CFPP of CSME can be reduced to-12 ℃ by the blending.With the fall of temperature,the viscosities of both CSME and the blended oils increased.By adding less than 3%(Φ) of Flow Fit,the CFPPs of the blended oils with the CSME contents of 5%,7%,10%,50%(Φ) and CSME were decreased from -8,-8,-9,-11,-1 ℃ to-27,-28,-26,-16,-5 ℃,respectively.
