2012年青岛市电焊工职业病防治知识干预效果评价

Evaluation of the Intervention Effect of Knowledge of Occupational Disease Control and Prevention Among Welders,Qingdao City,2012

目的评价青岛市疾病预防控制中心开展的工作场所健康教育与健康促进对电焊工职业病防治知识的干预效果。方法在于预前后均选择相同的两个电焊工职业病发病人数最多的机械制造企业随机整群抽样调查各1个班的电焊工进行问卷调查，并用SPSS13．o软件进行分析。结果干预前电焊工的职业病防治知识知晓率为30．32～98．48％，平均为58．83％，干预后其知晓率为34．54％～99．01％，平均为72．06％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；干预前58．00％的电焊工佩戴使用个人职业病防护用品，干预后其佩戴使用率为78．02％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在工作场所开展健康教育与健康促进可提高电焊工的职业病防治知识水平，改善其职业病防护行为，该干预措施可行有效。

Objective To evaluate the intervention effect of the knowledge of occupational disease control and prevention of the health education and health promotion among welders in workplaces performed by Qingdao CDC. Methods The same two mechanical enterprises were selected that included the largest number of welders occupational disease cases before and after the intervention. One shift of welders were random cluster sampled and investigated respectively. The statistical analysis of the collecting data was conducted by SPSS 13.0 software. Results The awareness rate of the knowledge of occupational disease prevention and control was 30.32 %-98.48%, with the average of 58.83 % before the intervention,and it was 34.54%-99.01% ,with the average of 72.06% after the intervention,with significant difference（ P 〈0.05）. 58. 00% of the welders wore their personal protective equipment before the intervention and it was 78.02M after the intervention,with significant difference（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Health education and health promotion in work-places can increase the welders＂ knowledge of occupational disease control and prevention and then improve their occupational protective behavior,and the intervention is feasible and effective.
