如何提升企业的创新管理能力——从组织文化内在维度的视角出发 被引量:1

摘要 创新管理对于企业的发展和核心竞争力提升具有重要意义,而组织文化作为企业元素的重要组成部分,对创新管理意义非凡。本研究从Hofstede的五维度文化模型出发,分析其在中国企业管理实践运用具有一定的局限性,进而根据作者的实践管理经验探究影响我国企业组织文化的其它四个重要维度(服从、享乐主义、慈善和组织政治),并解析各维度对企业创新管理的影响,为企业提出相关建议。
