护士长对护士岗位管理制度认知调查 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解临床一线护理管理者对护士岗位管理制度认知情况,为进一步落实护士岗位管理提供依据。方法自行设计护士长对护士岗位管理制度认知调查问卷,对4所三级甲等医院的147名护士长进行调查。结果护士长对现行护士管理制度认知评分为17.6±4.2;92.5%护士长认为实施即将要推行的护士岗位管理制度很有必要,其中53.7%知晓护士岗位管理制度相关要求,40.8%了解其内涵;认为最佳的管理体制应为实施责、权、利统一的护理垂直管理,最大优势是岗位职责落实将更加全面、到位,最大困惑是护理队伍业务素质参差不齐。结论多数护士长认为实施护士岗位管理制度十分必要,但对其内涵知晓率较低;建议主管部门及各大医院加强护士岗位管理制度内涵及其操作性的指导和培训,提高认知度,以促进该项制度的落实。 Objective To investigate the perceptions of nursing post management among head nurses, and to provide information for further implementation of nursing post management. Methods A total of 147 head nurses working in four tertiary hospitals were investigated in terms of their perceptions of nusing post management. Results Cognition of the current nursing post management in this sample scored 17.6±4.2 points. Ninety-two point five percent of the head nurses considered that it would be necessary to carry out post management; 53.7% were aware of the requirements of post management, and 40.8% understood its connotation. Most of them believed that vertical management with integration of duty, right and benefit would he the most optimal management system; they convinced that the biggest advantage of post management was full implementation of job responsibilities, and the biggest confusion was quality of nurses. Conclusion Most nurse managers believe that it is essential to implement post management, whereas their perception of its connotation is poor. It is suggested that the administrative departments and hospitals should strengthen education on the meaning and operation of post management, thus improving perception of it and facilitating the implementation.
