TANG Youzhi's Experiences in Treating Central Exudative Chorioretinopathy

介绍唐由之治疗中心性渗出性脉络膜病变经验,采用分期治疗的方法,初发期凉血止血,瘀血期化瘀生新,瘢痕期补气养血,补肝肾明目。在整个治疗过程中结合病因随症加减以宁血。提倡辨病为先,明确诊断;寻找病因,详查病机;中西互参,取长补短;注重生活调护,慎用目力,预防复发。

TANG Youzhi＇s experiences in treating central exudative chorioretinopathy was discussed in this article. Central exudative chorioretinopathy is treated by stages, that is, in the beginning cooling blood for hemostasis, during the stasis stage removing blood stasis for promoting tissue regeneration, and during the sear stage supplementing qi, nourishing the blood, supplementing the liver and kidney for improving eyesight. The prescription was modified according to symptoms in the course of treatment for quieting blood. Prof. TANG advocated identifying disease to confirm the diagnosis, finding etiology and pathogenesis, combining western medicine and Chinese medicine, and focusing on lifestyle adjustments and preventing recurrence.
