益气生血方对乳腺癌患者辅助化疗后骨髓抑制的影响

Effect of Yiqi Shengxue Formula on Bone Marrow Suppression After Adjuvant Chemotherapy for Breast Cancer

目的探讨益气生血方对乳腺癌术后辅助化疗后骨髓抑制的影响。方法将80例乳腺癌术后辅助化疗患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组给予多西他塞+表阿霉素方案化疗,每周期第1天静脉滴注,21天为1个周期,共2个周期。观察组在对照组化疗的基础上口服益气生血方,每日1剂,早晚分服,从化疗前1周开始服用至化疗2个周期结束。检测两组患者化疗后外周血白细胞(WBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)和血小板(PLT)计数,比较两组患者化疗前后生活质量评分。结果化疗后观察组白细胞减少发生率为37.5%,对照组为72.5%,观察组白细胞减少发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组HGB减少发生率为40.0%,对照组为70.0%,观察组HGB减少发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组PLT减少发生率为25.0%,对照组65.0%,观察组PLT减少发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。两组患者化疗后生活质量评分均明显改善(P<0.05);观察组患者化疗后生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组化疗后7.5%患者生活质量下降,对照组45.0%患者生活质量下降,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论益气生血方联合化疗可有效降低骨髓抑制的程度及发生率,且可改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of Yiqi Shengxue Formula （ qi-boosting blood-engendering formula） on bone marrow suppression （BMS） after adjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer. Methods Eighty breast cancer patients who were undergoing adjuvant chemotherapy after operation were randomized into the observation group and control group, with 40 in each. The control group was given combination chemotherapy of docetaxel and epirubicin by intravenous infusion on the 1st day of a cycle （21 days） and for two cycles. The observation group was added with Yiqi Shengxue Formula one dose daily from one week before chemotherapy to the end of chemotherapy. The counts of white blood cell （ WBC）, hemoglobin （HGB） and platelet （PLT） were detected, and the quality of life （QOL） was evaluated in both groups before and after chemotherapy. Results The incidence of WBC reduction in the observa- tion group and control group was 37.5% and 72. 5% respectively, with a significant difference between groups （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The incidence of HGB reduction in the observation group and control group was 40. 0% and 70. 0% respec- tively, with a significant difference between groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of PLT reduction in the observation group and control group was 25.0% and 65.0% respectively, with a significant difference between groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The QOL scores in both groups were significantly improved after chemotherapy （P 〈 0.05 ）, especially in the observation group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The QOL was declined in 7. 5% patients in the observation group and in 45.0% pa- tients in the control group, with a significant difference between groups （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Yiqi Shengxue Formula combined with chemotherapy can effectively reduce the extent and incidence of BMS and improve QOL of patients.
