摘要
楔形离合器具有自增力特性,可降低执行电机电流并节约安装空间。通过引入卡尔曼滤波器原理,在滤除测量噪声和系统过程噪声影响后给出了楔形离合器正压力值的实时估计。多种输入电流下的试验结果表明,观测值与实测值具有良好的跟踪性。
The wedge clutch system can reduce the current demand of motor and space demand of the installation because of the self-reinforcement feature of wedge mechanism. By applying Kalman Filter theory, the authors give a realtime estimate of the normal pressure of the wedge clutch system after eliminating the impact of measurement noise and system process noise. The results with multiple input current tests indicate that the estimated value and the measured value have good trackability.
