摘要
基于车载麦克风的工作原理,选用一种驻极体传声器对麦克风电路进行设计。结合外围电路对此电路进行匹配处理,借助电声测试系统对容纳驻极体传声器和电路板壳体进行优化设计,对传声器和电路板在壳体内的位置进行了合理布局。该款麦克风通过了环境适应性及电磁兼容性试验,在载货汽车上装车路试,通话效果得到认可。
Based on the working principle of in-vehichle microphone, a type of electret microphone is selected, the microphone circuit is designed and is matched by combining with the peripheral circuit, the housing accommodating electret microphone and circuit board (CB) is optimally designed by means of electro-acoustic test system, and the positions of electret microphone and CB in the housing are layouted reasonably. This microphone passes environmental adaptability and EMC test, the quality of in-vehicle calling and talking is verified by road test.
