摘要 主要介绍了几种可应用于加工中心的去毛刺方法和刀具。分别给出了适用于阀体、壳体类零件内孔环槽棱边的去毛刺方法,并按照零件的材料和特点分类介绍了几种成型去毛刺刀具及其使用方法。所介绍的方法和刀具已在多批次零件上使用,加工稳定性好、去毛刺质量高,具有一定的实用性和可推广性。 Mainly introduce several deburring methods and tools which could be applied to machining center .The deburring meth-ods were provided for bore edges of grooves which are located in parts as valve body and manifold .In addition,according to the features and materials of parts , listed some kinds of forming tools and their usages .Using on batches of parts showed that the methods and tools mentioned above have favorable usage properties ,good machining stabilities ,and high qualities of deburring . Therefore gain the conclusion that these methods and tools have some practicability and generalizability for production .
