摘要
针对热成型塑料片材机的抛光辊筒在实际生产中存在的结构强度不够、塑料片材冷却不均匀两大问题,对其进行结构静力与共轭换热仿真,分别得出辊筒变形、应力和辊筒工作表面温度场的分布情况,根据仿真结果对抛光辊筒结构进行改进。再次仿真的结果表明,改进后的辊筒挠度变形减小,最大变形量减少34.06%,最大应力值减少71.45%;温度分布更为合理,辊筒工作表面平均温度降低1.3K。结构改进增加了辊筒结构强度且加强了其冷却效果,减小了塑料片材的横向厚薄偏差。
In production ,the polishing roll of thermoforming plastic sheet machine has two major issues .One is structural strength not enough .Another is plastic sheet cooling uneven .The static structural analysis and conjugate heat transfer analysis were con-ducted.Then deformation and stress distribution of the roll ,temperature field of working area of the roll were obtained respective-ly.Basing on the analysis results ,the roll structure was improved .The simulation results indicate that the structure improved roll has smaller deflection,its maximum deformation decreased 34.06 percent and maximum stress reduced 71.45 percent;further-more it indicate that the temperature field distributed more reasonable , the average temperature of its working area decreased 1.3K.Structural improvement of the roll increased its structural strength and cooling effect ,reduced the deviation of thickness of the plastic sheet .
