现代制造系统的研究现状及发展趋势 被引量:10

The status and development trends of modern manufacturing systems' research

摘要 现代制造系统由先进制造技术和先进管理技术组成。自20世纪90年代以来,涌现出智能制造、绿色制造、计算机集成制造、全面质量管理、大规模定制和全生命周期工程等先进制造系统模式,以及企业资源规划、产品生命周期管理、供应链管理和客户关系管理等先进管理技术。其中,以信息技术为基础,数字化为手段的新兴制造系统的研究已成为研究热点。展望未来,制造系统将向着集成化、网络化、智能化和绿色化方向发展,制造系统的研究将面临更多的机遇与挑战。 Modern manufacturing systems constitute by advanced manufacturing technology and advanced management tech -niques.Since 1990s',have appeared intelligent manufacturing ,green manufacturing,computer integrated manufacturing ,total qual-ity management ,the mass customization mode and full life-cycle engineering advanced manufacturing systems;enterprise resource planning,product lifecycle management , supply chain management , customer relationship management advanced management techniques .In recent decades ,the emerging manufacturing systems which based IT and digital technology have become a hot top -ic.Looking into the future,manufacturing system will develop toward the directions of integrated ,networked,intelligent and green, the research on manufacturing systems will face more opportunities and challenges .
