钙蛋白酶小亚基-1在肾透明细胞癌中的表达及意义

摘要 肾癌预后较差，手术切除是肾癌的最主要治疗方法，但术后易复发转移。研究结果显示钙蛋白酶小亚基-1（Capnd）与多种肿瘤的发生、发展关系密切^[1-3]。本研究旨在探讨Capnd在肾透明细胞癌（RCC）中的表达及意义。一、材料与方法1．一般资料：收集40例2005年至2008年在我院手术的肾癌患者的肿瘤组织及癌旁肾组织，所有病例均经病理检查证实为RCC。
