GC法测定复方麝香注射液中6种挥发性成分 被引量:9

摘要 目的建立同时定量测定复方麝香注射液中异龙脑、龙脑、L-薄荷醇、α-细辛脑、百秋李醇和麝香酮6种成分的气相色谱方法。方法采用正己烷萃取法制备供试品溶液,以水杨酸甲酯为内标,色谱分离采用VF-5ms(30m×0.25mm,0.25μm)气相色谱柱,程序升温,载气(He)体积流量1mL/min。结果复方麝香注射液中6种成分色谱分离较好,精密度、重复性及稳定性RSD均小于5.O%,加样回收率在96.7%-102.3%之间。结论本法操作简便,精密度、重复性良好,可作为复方麝香注射液中挥发性成分定量测定的方法。 AIM To establish gas chromatography (GC) method for determining isoborneol, borneol, L-men thol, alpha-asarone, patchouli alcohol and muscone in Fufang Shexiang Injection. METHODS The sample solu tion was extracted with n-hexane, and methyl salicylate was used as internal standard. The separation was per formed on VF-Sms GC capillary column (30 m × 0. 25 ram, 0. 25 μm film thickness). The column oven tempera ture program was from 60 ℃ to 250 ℃ in a nonlinear gradient mode. The carrier gas was helium at 1.0 mL/min with 1 μL injection volume. RESULTS Six chemical components in Fufang Shexiang Injection were well separa ted. The relative standard deviations of precision, reproducibility and stability were less than 5. 0% , the recoveries were between 96.7% and 102.3%. CONCLUSION The method is precise, accurate and suitable for simulta neous determination of isoborneol, borneol, L-menthol, alpha-asarone, patchouli alcohol and muscone in Fufang Shexiang Iniection.
