摘要
目的研究毛果鱼藤的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、凝胶柱色谱及重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,并通过波谱数据结合理化性质对化合物结构进行鉴定。结果从毛果鱼藤中分离出9个化合物,依次鉴定为β-香树脂醇(1)、顺式-10-十九碳烯酸(2)、豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(3)、羽扇-20-(29)—烯-3-酮(4)、白桦脂酸(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)、soyasapogenol B(7)、丁香酸(8)、N-苯甲酰基-L-苯丙氨醇(9)。结论除化合物1、6外,其他化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents in Derris eriocarpa How. METHODS Compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 as well as recrystallization, and their structures were identified on the basis of physical and spectroscopic data. RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated from Derris eriocarpa How and elucidated as β-amyrin (1), (Z) -10-nonadecenoic acid (2), stig mastane-4-ene-3-one (3), lupene-20 (29) -en-3-one (4), betulinic acid (5), β-sitosterol (6), soyasapog enol B (7), syringic acid (8), N-benzoyl-L-phenylalaninol (9), CONCLUSION All compounds are isolated from Derris eriocarpa How for the first time except for componund (1) and (6).
