黏着斑激酶在整合素信号转导中的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 黏着斑激酶(focal adhesion kinase ,FAK ),是一种非受体型酪氨酸蛋白激酶(NRPTK),它可通过整合细胞外信号和介导细胞内的一系列生化反应来调节下游分子的活性,参与生长发育、细胞增殖、迁移、存活、凋亡等过程。近年来的研究表明,由整合素(integrin)激活 FAK 介导的信号转导及各信号通路间的相互“对话”在肿瘤的发生、发展中起着关键性作用。但是,越来越多的学者开始关注整合素-FAK信号通路中积极行使破骨细胞功能方面的研究,这将为正畸学领域加速牙移动提供实验依据。因此,本文就FA K信号转导以及在口腔领域的最新研究进展进行综述。
