云南干热河谷地区台湾相思树根瘤菌的抗逆性 被引量:2

摘要 为探明云南干热河谷台湾相思树根瘤菌的抗逆性,筛选优良的根瘤菌菌株,对分离自云南干热河谷台湾相思的32株根瘤菌进行了耐盐、耐高温和耐干旱的抗逆性试验。结果表明:在供试的32株根瘤菌中,对干旱适应性较强的菌株占21.9%,多数菌株对高温具有较强的耐受性,31.25%的菌株可以在45℃的高温下生长,表现出极强的抗热性;有78.13%的菌株可在0.5%的盐浓度下生长,具有一定的耐盐性,其中有31.25%的菌株耐盐浓度可达2%、3%甚至5%。SWF-01、SWF-02、SWF-06和SWF-19为抗干旱、抗高温和抗盐性能均较强的优良菌株。 In order to explore the stress resistance of rhizobia isolated from A.confusa in hot-dry valley of Yunnan,screen the fine rhizobia strains,32 rhizobia strains isolated from A.confuse grown in hot-dry valley of Yunnan were tested on their tolerance to NaCl,temperature and drought variation.The results indicated that the strains that strongly adapted to drought accounted for 21.9%.Most of the strains were of strong tolerance to high temperature,31.25% strains could grow at high temperature of 45℃.78.13% strains could grow in 1% concentration of NaCl,and 31.25% strains tolerated NaCl stress in 2%,3% and 5% concentration.Four strains of SWF-01,SWF-02,SWF-06 and SWF-19 showed high tolerance to drought,salt and high temperature.
