3种脱色方法对多棘海盘车多糖的脱色效果 被引量:4

摘要 为了解活性炭粉末、D101型大孔树脂及过氧化氢3种脱色方法对多棘海盘车多糖的脱色效果,以脱色率和多糖保留率为指标,分别考察脱色剂用量、脱色时间及脱色温度对多棘海盘车多糖脱色的影响。结果表明:活性炭对多棘海盘车多糖脱色效果最好,但脱色后多糖保留率最小;D101大孔树脂脱色后的多糖保留率最高,但脱色率不及活性炭;过氧化氢脱色要选择较低的温度和较短的时间进行。结论,40%过氧化氢在60℃时脱色1h脱色率最佳,达78.6%;5%的活性炭在30℃脱色2h脱色率最佳,为75.2%;5%的D101型大孔树脂在40℃脱色1.5h脱色率最佳,为52.9%。 Three decolorization methods of active carbon powder,D101 macroporous resins and H 2 O2 were tested to study the decolorization ratio and retention rate of polysaccharide extracted from A.amurensis under different dosage,time and temperature of different decolorization methods.The results showed that the decolorization ratio of active carbon powder was the maximum but the polysaccharide retention rate was the minimum.The polysaccharide retention rate of D101 macroporous resin was the maximum but the decolorizing ratio was not as good as active carbon powder.H 2 O2 should be used under lower temperature and shorter time.In conclusion,78% decolorization ratio of polysaccharide extracted from A.amurensis is obtained by 40% H2 O2 at 60℃ for 1 h.75.2% decolorization ratio of polysaccharide extracted from A.amurensis is obtained by 5% active carbon powder at 30℃ for 2 h. 52.9% decolorization ratio of polysaccharide extracted from A.amurensis is obtained by 5% D101 macroporous resins at 40℃ for 1.5 h.
