摘要
提出了一种舰船用雷达平板天线外流场结构优化设计方法。在雷达天线转台系统结构方案设计阶段,该方法将雷达天线数值风洞技术和外形结构设计理论相结合,用于雷达天线的外流场结构优化设计,并通过风洞试验进行比对和验证,降低雷达天线转台系统所受的风载荷,有效地降低了雷达天线转台系统的总重量,提高了舰船用雷达的适装性和雷达结构的可靠性。
A structural optimum design method of the external flow field of the shipborne radar plate antenna is proposed. During the design of the structural scheme of radar antenna rotary platform, this method combines the wind tunnel technology and the theory of outline structure design for the structural optimum design of the external flow field of the radar antenna. Besides, the comparison and verification are done through the wind tunnel test. The wind load suffered by radar antenna rotary platform system and the gross weight of the system are greatly reduced, and the installation adaptability and structural reliability of the shipborne radars are enhanced.
