摘要 根据沥青老化的程度和组分等特点,采用新70号基质沥青混合再生剂OP-1100和新PE改性沥青混合再生剂OP-1100,分别制成了再生剂A和再生剂B,对模拟老化制备的PE改性沥青进行再生试验.将再生剂A和再生剂B分别按老化沥青质量的6%~12%添加到经过PAV老化5h的PE改性沥青中.将再生剂A和再生剂B分别按老化沥青质量的6%~24%添加到经过PAV老化20 h的PE改性沥青中.分别对原样沥青、老化沥青(RTFOT+ PAV)和再生沥青进行常规性能指标和动态剪切流变试验,对比分析再生剂类型及其掺量、旧沥青老化程度对再生沥青性能的影响.试验结果表明:再生剂A的再生效果优于再生剂B的.对于压力老化5h和20 h的PE改性沥青,两种再生剂的最佳掺量分别为12%和16%.此时,可使再生沥青性能恢复到原样沥青性能水平. According to the characteristics of the aging extent and compositions of the as- phalt,the simulating aged PE modified asphalt is regenerated by the use of No. 70 asphalt mixed recycling agent and PE modified asphalt mixed recycled reagent OP-1100 made from recycled reagents A and B.The recycling reagents A and B, respectively and added into the mixture aged for 5 hours,according to there agent mass fraction of 6%-12%.The recycling reagents A and B, respectively are added into the mixture aged for 20 hours,according to the reagent mass fraction of 6%-24%.DSR and routine index tests are carried out for original asphalt, the aged asphalt and the regenerated asphalt to comparative analysis on the different dosages and different types of recycling reagent and the different levels of asphalt aging for the performance of regenerated asphalt. Comparing test data, the regeneration of the recycling reagent A is superior to the recycling reagent B. The best recycling reagent amount to be add into the mixture aged for 5 hours,20 hours is 12%, 16%, which can make the recycled asphalt performance in performance levels of the original asphalt.
