摘要
针对传统抽样方案设计要事先定义操作特性曲线上的两点,即要先确定4个参数的情况,运用等风险方法,从一个新视角来设定参数。该方法只需要设定供应方与使用方风险相等时的质量水平和供应方的平均风险两个参数,改进了传统方法中参数多,参数确定存在主观性而导致的抽样方案不公平情况。通过实例分析,将等风险方法与传统方法进行比较,验证了等风险方法的合理性。
The common acceptance sampling plan design needs to specify two points in the operating characteristic curve, which means four parameters should be determined in advance.To this situation, equal-risk approach is presented which is from a new perspec tive to specify parameters. In this approach,only two parameters need to be specified, they are the quality level when the risks of producers and customers are the same, and the mean risk of producers.The approach can considerably simplify the process and avoid unfairness to design acceptance sampling plan, and is illustrated by examples to com pared with the traditional approach and to demonstrate its rationality.
