Q460高强钢管-工字钢梁节点承载力试验及分析

摘要 通过Q460高强圆钢管-工字钢梁节点承载力试验,研究环向节点板宽度、主管轴压力对钢管节点承载力、破坏模式的影响。试验表明:该新型钢管节点具有良好的延性,增大节点板宽度可以有效增大节点承载力;钢管节点的破坏模式为环向节点板与节点区主管发生局部屈曲。建立平面钢管节点的非线性有限元分析模型,分析得到钢管节点的承载力与试验结果吻合较好;进行了Q460圆钢管-工字钢节点承载力的理论分析,承载力试验值比理论计算值大,承载力计算理论偏于安全,可以满足工程设计的需要。基于试验和有限元模拟分析,建议该新型钢管节点的节点板宽度取大于等于5.0倍节点板板厚。 Experiments on bearing capacity of joint between Q460 high-strength steel tube and I-shape beam were carried out to study the influences of axial compression,the width of circular gusset plate and the failure modes.Experimental results shown that the joints had good ductility,and the increasing width of gusset plate could effectively raise the joint bearing capacity.Partial buckle in circular plate and main tube occurred in joint core area.The FEA model was established and analyzed to have results that agreed well with that of experiments.Results of theoretical analysis could meet the needs of practical design.It was suggested that the width of circular gusset plate was 5.0 times or larger than its thickness.
