摘要 采用计算流体力学(CFD)技术辅助设计375 m3红霉素发酵罐搅拌系统,使发酵罐达到高效节能的目的。根据红霉素的生产工艺、流体传质特性以及实践经验,综合考虑混合传质效果和高效节能的要求设计出4套搅拌系统。对每套搅拌系统的流场、气含率、容积氧传质系数、剪应变和功耗进行数值模拟分析。结果表明:方案1的搅拌系统功耗较低、气含率较高,具有较强的混合传质能力、剪应变适中且分布比较均匀。 Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technique was used to design the stirred system of 375 m3 erythromycin fermentor for high efficiency and energy saving.From the erythromycin process,fluid rheological properties and practical experience,four schemes of stirred systems were proposed considering mixing and mass transfer and efficient energy use.Velocity vectors,gas holdup,volumetric mass transfer coefficient,shear strains rate,and power consumption were analyzed for every scheme of the stirred system.Results showed that power consumption of the stirred system of the scheme one was lower and gas hold up was higher.It had a strong mass transfer capacity,moderate shear strain and relative uniform distribution.
