摘要
为提高汽车电动助力转向系统(EPS)的综合性能,文章开发研制了以计算机为核心的具有系统状态控制、数据采集、数据处理与分析及数据显示等功能的汽车EPS综合性能试验台,利用LabVIEW建立了系统软件的开发平台,并对软件组成部分(数据采集模块、数据分析与处理模块、信号发生模块及控制信号输出模块)的程序框图及流程图进行了详细设计和解释。最后利用试验台对现有的EPS系统进行了全面的性能测试,结果表明,EPS试验台系统的软硬件设计符合设计规范,其精度及实时性基本能达到设计标准。
This paper describes a general performance test bench |or the Electric Power Steering System of the automobile to imprve tilt, merall perlrmanee of EPS, which contains the system stale control with a eompnter as a core, the data acquisition, dala processing and analysis and the display. The system software development platform was established bv LabV1EW, the block diagram as ell as flowt hart of software components were designed and explained in detail. A eomprehensive perfornmnee lest of EPS has heen conducted on the test bench. The design of hardware and software of ESP plattorm meet tile design specifications, meanwhile the accuracy and real-lime performance of the system can also reach the design standards.
