摘要
目的探讨4周龄和8周龄Fmr1基因敲除小鼠(KO鼠)的痛觉敏感性的变化。方法分别挑选4周龄和8周龄的Fmr1基因敲除小鼠(KO)和野生型小鼠(Wild Type,WT)各20只,雌、雄各半,共80只,应用PL-200热刺痛仪测定小鼠后肢热痛阈值,进行统计分析。结果 4周龄和8周龄KO鼠的痛阈均比同周龄WT鼠的痛阈增高。结论 Fmr1基因敲除导致痛觉敏感性下降。
Objective To explore the changes of Algesthesia Sensitivity of Fmrl knockout mice(KO) aged 4 and 8 weeks. Methods 20 Fmrl knockout mice(KO) ( 10 male and 10 female mice, aged 4 and 8 - weeks) and20 wild type(WT) mice ( 10 male and 10 female mice, aged 4 and 8 - weeks) were respectively chosen, total 80 mices. Tottenham pain instrument( PL -200)was used to determine the thermal pain threshold of posterior paw of mice, and analyze it statistically. Results 4 and 8 - weeks - old KO mice had higher basic pain threshold than that of WT mice. Conclusion Fmrl knockout induce the decrease of pain sensitivity.
