氨氯地平与左旋氨氯地平治疗轻中度高血压疗效分析

ANALYSIS OF CLINICAL EFFICACY OF AMLODIPINE AND LEVAMLODIPINE IN THE TREATMENT OF MILD-TO-MODERATE HYPERTENSION

目的 探讨氨氯地平和左旋氨氯地平治疗轻中度高血压的临床疗效及安全性.方法 选取我院2010年1月～2013年1月收治的116例轻中度高血压患者,按照随机数字方法分为对照组（58例）和观察组（58例）,对照组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平,5 mg/d;观察组给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平,2.5 mg/d.观察两组患者治疗4w后血压、8w后血压、临床疗效、不良反应情况.结果 两组治疗8 w后舒张压及收缩压均较治疗前明显降低,具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）,组间比较差异无统计学意义（p＞0.05）;观察组总有效率与对照组比较无显著性差异（p＞0.05）;观察组不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）.结论 左旋氨氯地平和氨氯地平均能有效降低血压,但是左旋氨氯地平不良反应更少,更适宜临床应用.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of amlodipine and levamlodipine in the treatment of Mild - to - moderate hypertension. Methods 116 patients with mild - to - moderate hypertension were selected from January 2010 to January 2013. All patients were divided into two groups according to the random number method. Control group（58 cases） was given amlodipine 5 mg/d. Observation group（58 cases） was given levamlodipine 2.5 mg/d. Blood pressure after treatment 4 weeks, blood pressure after treatment 8 weeks, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The blood pressure after treatment 8 weeks in both groups were decreased significantly than before treatment, there had significant difference （p 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no significant difference between groups （p 〉 0. 05） ; there were no significant difference in the total effective rate between two groups（p 〉 0. 05 ）. The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group were lower than those in control group. There was significant difference between groups （p 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Amlodipine and levamlodipine can effectively reduce blood pressure, but levamlodipine has less adverse reactions, which is more suitable for clinical application.
