摘要
目的整理归纳康艾注射液的临床应用,确认其对肿瘤治疗的疗效。方法查阅维普万方及国内外数据库文献,以康艾注射液及治疗为关键词进行检索,再从以药理作用为关键词进行检索,归纳总结康艾注射液在临床的应用现状,再以康艾注射液中的主要成分为关键词进行检索初步归纳其药理作用及机理。结果康艾注射液中的中药成分多具有抗肿瘤作用,由于其联合化疗药物能提高癌症治疗的疗效,提高癌症病人的生存周期及生活质量,因而已广泛应用于多种癌症的辅助治疗。结论康艾注射液在肿瘤治疗中疗效确切,不良反应少,是一个值得广泛应用的中药注射剂品种。
Objective To pack up and summarize the clinical use of Kang＇Ai injection to confirme its effectiveness in tumors treatment. Methods Refer to documents of Wan Fang and other databases, take Kang - Ai, cure and pharmacological action as keywords, serarch documents. Sum up researches of chemical composition and clinical application of Kang - Ai injection. Results The traditional Chinese medicine composition of Kang - Ai injection have effect on tumors. It was widely used for kinds of cancer treatment because of its combination with chemotherapy drugs can improve the efficacy of cancer treatment, improve cycle time and life quality of cancer patients. Conclusion Kang - Ai injection is a worthy of widely used traditional Chinese medicine injections . It is effective and safe for the therapy of tumor with little adverse reactions.
