拔河式大角度快速静脉穿刺采血在健康体检中的应用

THE TUG OF WAR LARGE ANGLE FAST VENIPUNCTURE BLOOD COLLECTION APPLICATION IN HEALTHY SUBJECTS EXAMINATION

目的探讨拔河式大角度快速静脉穿刺采血在健康体检中的应用效果。方法将3 684例健康体检者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用拔河式大角度快速穿刺法静脉采血,对照组采用常规方法。结果观察组穿刺疼痛程度,穿刺点皮下淤血发生率显著低于对照组(均p<0.01),一次性采血成功率、受检者满意度显著提高(p<0.01)。结论拔河式大角度快速穿刺法静脉采血可减轻健康体检者疼痛程度,降低穿刺点皮下淤血发生率,提高一次性采血成功率和受检者满意度。

Objective To explore the tug of war large angle fast venipuncture blood collection application results in healthy subjects examination. Methods 3 684 cases of healthy subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Venous blood collection by tug - of - war of large angle fast venipuncture in observation group and the control group using conventional methods. Results In observation group, the degree of pain and puncture point subcutaneous hematoma incidence were significantly lower than the control group （p 〈 0. 01 ）, and the blood collection success rate and satisfaction of the subjects was significantly increased （p 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Tug of War large angle quick puncture venous blood sampling method can reduce healthy subjects＇ degree of pain, reduce the incidence of subcutaneous hematoma on puncture point, elevate the success rate of one time blood collection and improve subjects＇ satisfaction.
