高校教师职业幸福感的现状调查与分析 被引量:5

摘要 针对高校教师的实际情况编制了关于高校教师职业幸福感的问卷调查表,并通过现场发放和网络电子问卷等方式对南昌、赣州等五所高校近190名教师进行了问卷调查,并对调查结果进行统计和分析。结果显示:高校教师的职业幸福感总体状况一般,感到比较幸福和非常幸福的教师略多于感到很不幸福和不太幸福的教师,但大多数教师都认为从事教学工作并不是一种轻松的工作,教师的职业幸福感与其性别年龄、学历、职称、所属学校类型有着一定关系,中老年教师的幸福感高于青年教师,女性教师幸福感高于男性教师。通过对调查结果的分析,对当代高校教师职业幸福缺失原因及增强高校教师职业幸福感的途径进行初步探索。 The authors took college teachers in Nanchang, Ganzhou and three other schools as ob- jects of study. During the research, they interviewed 190 teachers through questionnaires about teachers professional happiness. Investigating results show that professional happiness of college teachers takes on an ordinary level. Compared with those who feel quite unhappy and very unhappy, the number of teachers who feel quite happy and vey happy is larger. However, most teachers don t consider teaching as an enjoyable job. There is a certain relationship between teachers^vocational happiness with their sexes, age, professional titles and school type. Quinquagenarian teachers'professional happiness is higher than young teachers. Female teachersprofessional happiness is higher than male teachers. Through the analysis of investigating results, the reasons of missing vocational happiness in contemporary college teachers and the approaches of enhancing teachers'vocational happiness has been preliminarily explored.
